If I could give zero or negative stars I would!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! It all started well, besides the the intense interest, but ended up horrible! As a business stuck in a bind, the interest seemed minor. in August we had fraudulent activity in our bank account and we got a different bank account and alerted them right away of new banking info. Everything went well, until a couple of my business associates informed me that towards the end of the term they will tell you they "are about 4 payments behind in their processing center". So... once the term ends, they will take an additional 4 payments and no matter what will not stop the ACH. We called when we had 5 payments left and sure enough, we were told they were 4 payments behind. We provided proof of payments being cleared but they kept coming up with excuses. Mike at Yellowstone was so rude on the phone and said "why'd you have to call me about this today, why can't you just call me tomorrow?! I don't want to talk about this today!" He also insulted his own staff by saying "I'm stuck with these f***g idiot reps here who don't know what they're talking about". Towards the end, we were told we would be refunded the "4 delayed over payments" in a week. A week later they told us they deposited into our old account... NOT the one they had been deducting from daily for nearly 5 months, but instead, the one that we informed them was closed 5 months prior and again when proving we paid them in full. They told us to provide proof the account had been closed, and when we did, they said they aren't refunding us our money and we would have to fight our bank for it. FUNNY THING IS... YOU CAN'T DEPOSIT INTO A CLOSED ACCOUNT and our bank confirmed this. They stole about $8k from us! CHOOSE ANY OTHER FINANCING COMPANY BESIDES THIS ONE!!! They are thieves.. Our attorney will have a blast with this one :)

This place is a scam and should be shut down. We obtained a loan back in 2014. They funded us and was only supposed to take 50 a day. They realized that for a couple of days that they hadn't taken any funds out, So we received a call asking for them to take out a one time withdrawal of 100.00. all of a sudden they started deducting 500.00 a day. called our rep, he apologized and said they would return it and correct it. instead they kept deducting 500.00. we contacted the mgr, he hung up on us. We stopped payment on them. We threatened legal action since they were being rude and unprofessional. Their communication just stopped. It's been 3 years since our issue with no more communication on their side. We applied for a small business loan from what seems to have been a broker. Unknowing that they worked with yellowstone. They received our new banking information from the statements that we had to submit. Well today, we noticed that they without authorization attempted to withdrawal money from our sweep bank account. We bank at a different bank than what they were authorized to withdrawal from. I contacted them regarding this. Again they were rude and said that they could do what they wanted. I told them that they were in breach of contract originally and tried to illegally withdrawal funds from an account they had no authority withdrawal from. The guy was rude, wouldn't give me his name and was like well how would you like to handle this. I said through my attorney.

The only time of yours you should waste with this company is reading this review. I was on a very tight time frame and had a 2 day deadline which I told them this the first time I talked to them and let them know I was not interested in getting my time wasted or theirs as I had several lenders willing to work with me and they assured me they would not screw me around after reviewing my bank statements. I decided to try and work with them as they assured me they could fund me in the time I needed. After reviewing all of my information, bank accounts for 12 MONTHS and knew everything there was to know about me they presented me with 3 offers. Already knowing that I had 2 other current advances that were almost paid off (one that was originally over $30k) they still presented me with the offers. I was then sent a contract, had to send all my bank info for them to log into my own bank account, had to pay myself to get things notarized and fed exed papers over night. They then kept me hanging in the balance until three hours before my deadline.. I had to call them and tell them to speed it up, they then reviewed things again and decided at that point because I had other advances (that were almost paid off!) that they could not fund me because of having another advance.. I would have been fine with them just telling me in the Begining they didn't want to work with me as they knew all the information when I first talked to them!! They waisted my time, screwed me out of a major opportunity that I had and didn't meet my deadline . Do not bother with them!!

please contact me at no charge for attorneys fee. 5-25-2017 they are scammers. prepare to pay over 100%. i paid them off and they still charging our account. I cant believe they are in business.. STAY AWAY. THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STAR. THEY DESERVE JAIL TIME. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL FAKE. 5/30/2117 They just stop to take money from my acc. I called and someone with the name Mathew said that i will issue no refund for the extra payments .(excuse is extra fees). I contact my attorney and we preparing a legal battle. Please contact me if you are their victim . For a 22k loan i paid 36k.in 5 months. Calculate the interest, About 150%. Coming back with contact info.

Sure, I got the financing initially, but beyond them initially loaning me money at an incredibly high rate, with a promise of refinancing at 60%, customer service was horrific. Snarky, catty, and blatantly ignoring my questions. Seriously, at these rates, struggle through what you've got going on and save up to pay cash.
