The only good reviews you will find on here are the ones where people just signed up! They will sadly find out as this whole mess plays out for them! The first lie I caught them in was in their ad where they boast "zero credit score impact." The representative came clean after being questioned about it. He said I would experience a "slight" dip in my credit score. This is not the half of what they really do! I'm speaking from experience here! I was treated all nice in one of these types of presentations until I signed on the dotted line! Don't be fooled! After about three months of them not paying your creditors on your behalf with the money your sending them once or twice a month, all while their supposedly trying to negotiate with your creditors for a lower payoff, and you not paying them either, your credit will most definitely be trashed! If yours is trashed already, maybe you can bare it. Me, on the other hand, I had a score in the lower 800s and they tanked it into the low 600s! I just simply wanted to consolidate all of my debt into one more manageable payment with a lower interest rate. Do those numbers look like a (slight) dip to you? Not only that, I'm still trying to dig out of the rubble from the collapse they created! Beware! If it sounds too good to be true it usually is! These places should not be allowed to exist. The only reason they get even one star from me is because Google requires it in order for me to leave a review. I really feel bad for those who will find out the truth in just a few short months! It's really disgusting!

I was at my wits end, drowning n in personal loan and credit card debt. I didn’t know what to do or where to turn anymore, and I prayed for a miracle. I was getting mail from New Start Capital, but I thought it was a scam. I took a leap of faith, and decided to give them a try. Drew was fantastic; me broke everything down and opened my eyes to how credit card companies work and showed me how I keep falling into the same cycles and patterns. I had maxed out my multiple credit cards three times over the past three years, and tried to fix my spending with personal loans, which in turn made an absolute nightmare. I was barely scraping by, and was anxious each and every day watching my account get overdrawn again and again. I gave up my control to New Start, and they have taken over the most stressful part of my day! There are no more creditors calling, no more trying to take out multiple loans to pay back existing debt, no more down to the wire decisions! This was one of the best things I have ever did. The process is slow in the beginning, but I am optimistic that big things are coming my way! I am so excited to be debt free in the next couple years!
